Before you write

1. Check the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages.
2. Check the status page for a known issue.
3. Try reproducing the request in the Playground.

When reporting a bug, include

For the API:

• The X-Request-Id or the requestId in the error body (the most important piece of information).
• The request address, method and (if any) body; it must not contain sensitive information.
• The HTTP status you received and error.code.
• The approximate time (with time zone).

For the widget:

• The address of the page where you added the widget.
• Your data-* attributes.
• The browser and its version, and the error messages in the console.

Do not share sensitive data

Do not include personal data, secret keys or customer information in your messages. When reporting calculation inputs, use sample values instead of values belonging to real people.

Security issues

If you have noticed a security vulnerability, please report it to us using the contact form before sharing it anywhere public.

Tool and feature requests

For new tool suggestions and API/widget improvement requests you can use the same contact form; it is enough to briefly write the category and the inputs/outputs you expect.
